I discovered TERAVARNA Gallery while I was searching through Art calls. I honestly didn't think I stood much of a chance of being selected by a fine art gallery since many galleries do not represent graphic artists like myself. I submitted my artwork anyway because I had nothing to lose. Much to my surprise I heard back from TERAVARNA with an even bigger opportunity. So here I am now, a TERAVARNA artist! I am blown away by my solo artist page, it reads like a professional portfolio.

When Teravarna asked me to submit artwork for a solo exhibition, I took the opportunity offered and I gladly submitted. Upon acceptance, I sent them images of my artworks and copy of my statement and CV. The results of their work is incredibly surprising. When I first saw what they came up with, I was so happy... in tears... to see the final outcome. The final product was seamless and intelligent, edited and presented in a way that was on point, delivering an exhibition worthy of any museum you could imagine. I am so happy I had Teravarna, as one of the galleries that shows my best work. I would be more than happy for them to represent me.

I still can't believe I have a Solo Exhibition... it's mind-blowing, not only did they do an outstanding job with the page and everything in it, but the amount of time was just unreal. The TERAVARNA team does such a fabulous job of putting together our Solo Exhibition pages. The way they blend the images with the text is brilliant. Also it was very seamless interacting with the team through emails as they were building my page.

As a small Museum Curator and emerging contemporary artist I would like to commend the staff at TERAVARNA for their exemplary professionalism! They produce excellent solo exhibit pages from juried selections and sponsor well run and very timely contests to find promising new artists and assist more established ones. They also respond immediately to artists questions and concerns! The addition of physical galleries will help cement their reputation as a leading international contemporary gallery. They richly deserve a great reputation and five star reviews!

My hat is off to all the people that have worked with me at TERAVARNA. From the first day a little over a month ago when I lost the page to send in my pics for an exhibition to putting together my first International Solo Show, I could not believe how easy they made this new experience happen for me. As I had questions, all were promptly answered. Now, I have my artwork on a wonderful website that would make any artist proud. Plus, the audience seeing my artwork is ready to buy, not just look. If all this doesn’t make you ecstatic, well, my Solo exhibition website went live on a Friday. The next day, Saturday, I received an email asking if I would be interested in showing some of my work in a virtual exhibition in Greece. So, now I have 3 pieces that will be in a show in Greece from Nov 15 to Dec 15.

All my artist friends can’t believe how beautiful my website is for this solo exhibition. The main question I am asked is, “How much did you pay for that website?” I just smile and say, “About 30 years of my life.” Then we laugh and they go back to making their artwork. So again, thank you TERAVARNA Friends, for opening up a whole new stage in my life.

It was a very helpful process to prepare for the Solo Exhibition and I am so grateful to be included in the TERAVARNA group. Going through the paintings I wanted to submit and writing my artist statement really helped me pinpoint what I have been up to. I was surprised by the required length of the art statement, usually I spend my time deleting words to meet the word count, nobody would read such a long thing, I thought.

When I saw what you did with it, I was amazed. It is so dynamic and vibrant, going back and forth between text and images, I have never seen a virtual show so well done. You have the best approach, thank you.

I was ecstatic to have my artwork accepted into TERAVARNA group show in 2021. It was my first online juried art show entry.

Now, less than a year later, I have 20 group shows, 4 grants, and 2 solo shows "under my belt." They were the very first to request a solo show and I am finally doing it with them. Their artists are terrific, and I am in awe-inspiring company. They remain the most professional of all the art galleries.

As a BIPOC disabled woman it is usually difficult to be seen in the fine art world without support from such a well-managed organization. No more "brick and mortar" galleries for me!
