TERAVARNA ART GALLERY respect your privacy and dislike spam. The gallery never sells, rents, trades, leases, barters, or discloses any information regarding our subscriber mailing lists, list of artists participating in the competitions, or any other contact lists without the consent of our subscribers. We thrive on your trust to build a cohesive community of art.
It is the sole responsibility of the artists who participate in our juried contests, online art shows, and exhibitions, while providing us their contact information, like phone numbers, email address, social media handles, etc., and they do so at their own risk.
In order to participate in any of our events, we do not require any public contact information other than a current email address for our records which we use to contact you. Your email is also used to communicate your status in our exhibitions and competitions, cash prizes or awards won, sale of your artworks, new opportunities, policy changes, etc. If you haven’t disclosed your public contact information on our site, messages received from any organization or individual intended for you via will be simply forwarded to you by TERAVARNA for privacy reasons.
Access to Sensitive Information
All payments made to TERAVARNA, or for goods and services rendered via TERAVARNA’s website, are directly handled by our secure third-party service providers, PayPal and Stripe, and not by us. Any changes that need to be made to your submissions or payment methods must be done by you directly through them. TERAVARNA will never have access to your financial records, and all sensitive information you furnish to them shall remain confidential and outside the purview of TERAVARNA.
SMS Terms & Privacy Commitment
TERAVARNA is committed to protecting the privacy of its users, subscribers, and it collects only limited information while the users opt for SMS messaging, like phone numbers, name, and account details. We keep your information safe and all the transactions transparent while using your information, SMS consent, mobile opt-in data. We never share, sell, or rent contact numbers to any third party or affiliates for promotion or marketing purposes. Our message frequency may vary but not exceed up to 2 messages per week.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, without affecting your receipt of necessary transactional or service-related messages. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@teravarna.com.
Opting Out of Services
TERAVARNA sends out monthly newsletters to its subscribing artists. To opt out of these emails, you could respond to one of our emails with the word “REMOVE” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. You could also contact us directly with your request at info@teravarna.com. We know that your time is valuable, and so are extremely prompt and responsive to your queries, and will be happy to accommodate your request.
Policy Updates
TERAVARNA reserves the right to modify its PRIVACY POLICY at any time and without any prior notice. TERAVARNA is not liable if any time-sensitive communication to you is filtered to your Spam folder, or if your contact information on file is not up to date. You agree that TERAVARNA shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, or changes made to other content on the website.
