Low Lee Yong, popularly known as Dr. Lowly, is an autodidactic abstract splatter painting artist whose unique artistic vision is profoundly shaped by his past career in medicine and technology. Born and raised in Singapore, his early life was marked by a fervent passion for art.

As a child, Yong demonstrated exceptional artistic talent, winning an art contest at the tender age of eight and becoming an active member of his school’s Art Club. However, financial constraints steered his path towards a career in medicine, where he dedicated himself to serving as a doctor.
