Saraswati is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, art, speech, wisdom, and learning. The goddess Saraswati is often depicted as a beautiful woman dressed in pure white, often seated on a white lotus, which symbolizes light, knowledge and truth. She not only embodies knowledge but also the experience of the highest reality. I represented it in my own way.
Belonging to a suburban area in the state of West Bengal, India, she has been brought up in a society which is close to nature, free from the hustle & bustle of city life. The red soil, the murmuring river, and expanding green covers, all added to the development of the mind of the young Artist.
“I love to work on both realistic as well as on contemporary issues."
Her works are a blend of imagination & emotions, communicated through the rainbow of colours and free-flowing brushstrokes. In their broadest sense, they are forms of visual communication. Now the Artist is mature. She has now moved to city life. She has encountered the many crude truths of society. She witnessed the status of women, the status of children, the minorities, the invisible glass ceiling that exists, the environment, endangered species, alarming pollution levels, global warming, and rising sea level.

Rama symbolizes a model of purity, right action, and desirable virtues in the Hindu epic, Ramayana.
