Iuliia Slavutska builds her artistic practice on the conviction that profound meaning can rise from the most ordinary of materials. Working primarily with natural coffee, she takes a substance bound to daily ritual, warmth, and human connection and reimagines it as a serious medium for contemporary expression. Its organic sepia tones and unpredictable behavior let coffee serve as both material and metaphor. Through this humble medium she explores identity, migration, memory, and cultural heritage, alongside questions of faith, belonging, love, and transformation.
