“I paint to document the journey of a life shaped by imagination, persistence, and honesty. Every new work reminds me that creation is renewal made visible.”
“When I paint, I step into a space where everything I have lived begins to speak with clarity. I listen to the landscape, the light, and the pulse of the moment, allowing each stroke to rebuild what experience has broken or transformed. Painting reminds me that creativity is not measured by perfection but by presence. Through every series, every unfinished piece, and every late night of work, I rediscover why art has carried me through hardship and lifted me into purpose. My practice is my testimony, my discipline, and my way of turning endurance into beauty.”
His career extends beyond the studio and classroom. Howard worked as a safety trainer, a security officer, and a legal aide, roles that provided both discipline and insight into human resilience. His legal background has supported his writing life, helping him navigate publishing contracts and proposals for film adaptation.
